We guarantee 100% satisfaction policy. To ensure this we never deny rework on an assignment till the time you are happy with it. However we suggest you to mention all the corrections that need to be done within the timeframe of 30 days from the date the assignment was submitted to you by us. Any rework sent to us after this duration will not be worked on.


We constantly work on getting your assignment done by a legible tutor who will understand your requirements. However we insist that you provide all the study material relevant to your assignment. In case you miss a relevant piece of information and the assignment has been completed and submitted to you and any extra work required in the assignment will be chargeable.


If you wish to cancel your order, and the assignment is not been assigned to any tutor, then the amount will not be refunded but you can get a new assignment done free of cost of the same value.


If you notice that you were charged twice and you received two receipts from the payment processing system (i.e., do not hesitate to contact us. Forward both receipts to our email and the extra payment will be refunded in full within the shortest possible time.


There is no cash refund policy (except clause no. 4) in this service so if your claim is genuine then we will do free assignment of the same value rather refunding the money.


We always do our best to assign the most appropriate writer to work on your paper; however, it is still possible that on rare occasions, the writer is not found. If this does occur, we will do your next assignment of the same value FREE OF COST.


Although it will never happen that you will get ‘fail’ grade in your assignment; in case if it does we will do 50 percent wallet refund. However, the authentic fail proof needs to be provided within 30 days after assignment completion. Any request after this time period will not be entertained.
